Service Terms

Service and price. Xavryn Monthly provides a custom business website of up to three pages for $149 per month. The build fee is $0 upfront. Xavryn prepares an initial custom website concept at no charge; the customer may review it before deciding whether to start a paid subscription. No subscription payment is due merely to request or review the concept.

Start of service and billing. The monthly subscription begins when the customer approves the concept, chooses to launch, and authorizes the $149 monthly plan. The customer provides and pays for their own domain separately. The subscription renews monthly until canceled; there is no mandatory 12-month term. Customers may cancel at any time. Any billing-period, refund or cancellation-processing requirements imposed by applicable law continue to apply.

Included work. The monthly fee includes hosting, SSL, maintenance, basic SEO and metadata, a contact form, up to three customized pages, and up to one hour of minor content changes per monthly service period. Minor changes are small text, image, contact or business-information updates to the existing site. New pages, redesigns, new features, integrations, extensive copywriting, and work beyond the included hour are outside this allowance. Xavryn will provide a separate quote for additional work and will not begin it until the customer approves the quote in writing. The monthly allowance is measured per service month; this page does not promise rollover of unused time.

Website management and ownership. While the subscription is active, Xavryn retains ownership and operational control of the managed website and provides its hosting and maintenance. The customer purchases and controls the domain separately. The customer keeps rights to materials they provide and grants Xavryn permission to use them only as needed to prepare, operate and maintain the website. An optional website buyout is available for $1,500; the transfer scope and timing must be agreed in writing before a buyout is completed.

Customer responsibilities. The customer must supply accurate business information, review the concept and request corrections, maintain access to their domain account, and ensure they have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted text, photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, prices, regulated-service statements, privacy disclosures and other business content they approve.

Third-party services and availability. The site may rely on domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, email, form-processing and other third-party services. Third-party terms and outages may apply. Xavryn does not promise specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, uninterrupted availability or business results. Basic SEO setup is included; placement or performance in search engines is not guaranteed.

Scope and limits. The service does not include legal, tax, accessibility, security or regulatory certification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xavryn is not responsible for inaccurate or unlawful customer-supplied content, customer domain or third-party account issues, or indirect losses outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to terms. Material changes to price or included scope will be communicated before they apply to an active subscription. The customer may cancel if they do not accept a material change.

Privacy Notice

Information collected. When you submit this request, Xavryn receives your name, contact details, business information, requested page content, design preferences, links and any files you attach. Do not upload payment-card data, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information.

How information is used. Xavryn uses the submission to assess the project, prepare the requested website concept, contact you about your request and, if you proceed, build and support the website. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Service providers. This form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards the information and files to Xavryn Labs at [email protected]. FormSubmit may process and retain submission data under its own terms and privacy practices. Email providers may also process messages and attachments. Do not use this form for confidential or sensitive material.

Access, retention and requests. Xavryn keeps request information only as needed to respond, prepare or support the requested service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it or where needed for an active service. Provider-side copies are subject to the provider’s retention rules.

Security and transfers. Xavryn takes reasonable steps to limit access to submitted information, but email and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country, subject to their terms and applicable law.
